Some of his real estate developments and investments include securing the senior debt and mezzanine loans for Green Hills Corporate Center in Reading, arranging and closing a 18-month loan for his client's purchase of 137-141 Duane Street; raising the equity and sourcing the debt for the Trump Tower Philadelphia while working directly with Donald Trump; the purchase of debt on 490 apartments in the Bronx; and arranging a loan for a hotel development in the Financial District of New York City.
